I’ve been advising and collaborating with large national and multinational corporations, small-and-medium sized businesses, and institutions for over 10 years, on individual or annually outsourced contracts. My mission is threefold:

  1. analyze work procedures and look for ways to improve them using the Internet or other means;
  2. propose and direct Web projects that require changes in working methods and/or communication for all parties involved;
  3. personally manage organizational changes so that they are integrated harmoniously, through coaching, training and other types of encounters. 
  4. Few professionals are skilled in these four areas: business analysis, project management, coaching and training, and organizational modification. Clients appreciate my fourfold expertise, since they have to work with only one consultant instead of four.

Follow-up management and post set-up consulting

  • Analyze and document present procedures to determine which can be improved using the Internet, or in other ways.
  • Propose and discuss objectives, potential obstacles and solutions, decision-making criteria and required investments. 
  • Participate in the development of the Web solution to be implemented: site structure and functions, secure transactions, Intranet, etc.  

RESULT: ALIGNMENT OF YOUR PRESENT AND TARGET STRATEGIES, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT’S ORGANIZATIONAL PHASE. 

 

  • Pre-select potential suppliers of computer services and other necessary components (Web copywriters, translators, integration specialists, etc.) and participate in the final choice of collaborators.

  • Ensure solution deployment, including inter-site and inter-country data migration, timely delivery of content, and user testing.
  • Manage integration problems and complaints.
  • Personal or on-line training of company directors and concerned employees.
  • Prepare internal teams to implement transformations required by the project.
